When we headed to Marrakech, Morocco, we knew we had to check out the desert at Merzouga. We booked a 2 day trip from Marrakech and spent one night in the desert. Getting there in the mid afternoon, we had the chance to explore the dunes and find the best spot for photos. Trudging up the dunes was such an exhausting experience but well worth it. This was one of the gems we got that day.
